The Duffy family has owned and operated Stone Mill Gardens since it's creation in 1979. We started as a small, local landscaping company called Michael Duffy Landscaping, and grew our business to the company we are today. Our garden center started in Midland Park, where we cultivated a property to fit our needs. But as our aspirations grew, so did our spacing needs, and we moved to our current store in Washington Township, New Jersey.
Meet Mike:
Mike is the owner and founder of Stone Mill Gardens. He has over thirty years of experience as a landscaper and business owner and is proud to offer you knowledgable advice and quality service. When he's not at the store, you'll find Mike with his wife, Beverly, and their six kids in Midland Park.
Meet Sean:
Sean is Mike's youngest son and has been working for the company full-time since graduating high school. He is a certified landscape designer and plant identification professional, trained at the Rutgers University School of Continuing Professional Education. He's the friendly face you'll see on jobs and around the garden center, and he is happy to work with you on a design for your landscaping or patio.
Meet Millie:
Stop by the store most Saturdays and say hello to Millie. She likes to chew on everything, so please don't let her near your flowers (or wallet!).
